The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular 2025
The holiday season is officially in full swing, and Disney is completely embracing all the festive and cozy vibes. If there’s one thing Disney does best, it’s creating magical experiences, especially during Christmas time. This year, I had the privilege of attending a behind-the-scenes taping of The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular, and let me tell you… it was such a fun side quest and truly one of those “I can’t believe I’m here” moments.

From the moment I arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you could immediately feel the “production taping” spirit in the air. Production members were buzzing around, stage lights were bright and ready to go, and everyone in the audience was in high spirits. This experience was so interesting because being apart of the audience for a TV special , felt like I wasn’t just watching the magic happen, I was literally inside of it.
Seeing how much work goes into prepping the artists, coordinating the crew, and perfectly timing each shot gave me a new appreciation for what goes into creating a production like this. There were moments where the crew would adjust lighting, reset cameras, and guide the audience on when to cheer, and it honestly felt like being on a real movie set. Overall, the level of detail that Disney had put into every single frame was incredible.

I was in the crowd for the Good Charlotte and Coco Jones performances, and it honestly felt surreal. Imagine a mini concert happening just a few feet away from you, but with Disney level holiday magic sprinkled everywhere.
When Good Charlotte performed, the energy instantly shifted. everyone was vibing, cheering, and living their best “Fairytale of New York” life. And when Coco Jones came out? Her voice, her presence, the lighting, everything just came together so beautifully.

What makes this year’s special even more exciting is the lineup. Whether you’re into classic Christmas songs, pop hits, or soulful performances, there’s truly something for everyone. Some of the performers you can expect to see include:
